What we collect, and why

Information you send us. When you submit a contact or proposal form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email, phone number, and message. We use it for exactly one thing — responding to your inquiry and, if you become a client, serving your account. Form submissions are delivered to our internal client-management system, along with basic technical context (such as the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad, which campaign brought you) so we know how you found us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect usage data under Google's policies. We see aggregate statistics — not your identity.

Spam protection. Our forms use automated spam defenses. A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address may be kept briefly for rate-limiting; we do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information — to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that run our website, forms, and advertising measurement (such as Google and our hosting provider), who process it on our behalf.
• We do not send marketing email lists — if you write to us, you hear back from a person about your inquiry.

Your choices

• Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out and ad personalization controls.
• Your data: California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold about them, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we'll take care of it — no forms, no hoops.

Retention & security

Inquiry records are kept while we work with you and for our business records afterward; spam submissions are purged quickly. Our systems run on Google's cloud infrastructure with access limited to our team.

Children

Our services and website are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
