Service starts at $225/month with every-other-week visits, and most programs run $225–$450 per month. Clients typically purchase their plants and pots (a one-time cost quoted in your proposal) and then choose the maintenance plan that fits. Free replacement of any plant that declines is part of our two Guarantee plans (Guarantee Maintenance and the Maintenance Lease with Guarantee) and isn't included in the $225 Every-Other-Week plan or plain Weekly maintenance.

A Maintenance Lease with Guarantee always comes with a service agreement. The plants and containers are ours until the lease ends, then yours. Any special offer, such as the setup-fee waiver for offices switching to us, also comes with one.
Tell us in writing, finish the remaining month, and that's it. The work has to earn the next month.
There is no deposit. Up-front costs are limited to what your proposal lists: for a new program, the one-time installation above (the plants, the decorative pots, and delivery and installation by our own crew), which most clients buy outright; for a takeover of existing plants, an initial setup fee.
